How to Cook Ketchup
Ketchup is a unique culinary invention! This sauce is everyone's favorite way to diversify the taste of any dish, giving it a new, refined taste notes.
On the shelves of supermarkets are looking at us dozens of the most diverse kinds of ketchup, from classical to acute, Barbecue, and the famous ketchup "Chile". However, they all contain corn syrup. Such component permanently extends the life of the product while it is cheaper than sugar. Natural tomato paste (1 cup);
Natural honey (1 tablespoon)
Apple cider vinegar (1 tablespoon)
Mustard (1/4 teaspoon);
Seasalt (1/2 teaspoon);
Water (1/4 cup).
After preparing these components, can only connect them in a deep bowl and mix well until smooth. Wonderful homemade ketchup ready!

Fans of hot sauce in the recipe above can be added to taste the black and / or red (spicy) peppers, a couple of cloves of garlic. This will give a special piquancy ketchup.

1 onion;
Bundle of herbs (cilantro, dill).
