Royal cheesecake with dried apricots


Ingredients for Base and Filling

For the dough:

Flour - 2 cups
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Soda - 1/4 ch. L.
Butter - 100 g (margarine)

For the filling:

Cottage cheese - 500 grams
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Eggs - 3 pieces
Vanilla sugar or vanilla on the tip of a knife, but better vanilla pod
Apricot: dried apricots or soft

Preparation:

1. Cottage cheese if desired through a sieve and beat eggs and sugar.
2. After whipping add vanilla. To test the oil cut into small pieces and grind with flour and sugar until consistency of breadcrumbs, in the end, add soda and stir.
3. Forms for baking (I 26 cm round, you can square 20 * 20 cm or other format) greased and floured.
4. Put 2/3 of dough on top put the curd filling, put the halves of apricots, you can push them into the stuffing, then top - the remaining batter.

5. Bake 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
