Mini meat pies – Unbelievably Delicious

Mini meat pies

Mini meat pies are healthy and light in calories but I am sure you will not be able to stop your hand and its taste will stick to your taste buds for a long time.

Ingredients:

Dough:
● Meal - 500 g,
● Yeast - 35 g
● Milk - 500 ml
● Egg - 1 piece
●Salt – to Taste

For the filling:
● minced beef - 500 grams
● Broth - 1 cup,
● Onions - 1 piece
● Pepper
● Red ground
● Salt

Preparation:

Sift the flour with the salt. Dissolve yeast in warmed milk. Add milk to flour with yeast, drive the egg, mix and knead the dough. Then put in a warm place to come batter. Onions clean, mince and add to stuffing. Pour in the broth. Season it with red pepper and salt to taste, mix well.

The dough is cut into cubes with a side of approximately 4 cm. Each piece of dough gently stretch your hands, lay in the middle of the stuffing and close up the edge, greased pan with sunflower oil, lay seam down cakes. Whisk the egg yolk with a brush and lubricate the surface of the pie. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
