The air in the oven cheesecakes


Ingredients:

Cottage cheese - 200 g
Vanilla - a pinch
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
Sour cream - 5 Art. l.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Munk - 3 tbsp. l.
Butter soft - 2 tbsp. l.
Disintegrant - 1 hour. L.

Preparation:

1. First, mix cheese with sugar, vanilla and eggs.
2. Then add butter, semolina, baking powder and cream. Carefully stir until smooth.
3. To spread the dough into the molds and put in a preheated oven at 180-200 * 20-30 minutes.
4. Syrnichki cool, carefully get out of the molds

This recipe is still very good that you can safely experiment with the number of ingredients.
The density and lightness depend on the sour cream, cream the less, the tighter they are obtained.
