The meat in foil with mushrooms and tomatoes


Very similar to the meat in French, but I made a few changes in the preparation of this dish! Meat obtained is sooooo juicy and incredibly tasty! ;)

Ingredients:
4 pieces of meat (I usually marinate meat in advance, it is better to leave it in the refrigerator overnight. Marinade like this: salt, spices and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup.)
1 large onion
2 medium tomatoes
Some mushrooms
200 grams of cheese
Foil

Preparation:
1. Onions and tomatoes cut into slices, mushroom slices, three cheese on a coarse grater.
2. torn off a piece of foil, put on his meat.
3. Put the meat on the onion rings.
4 tomato slices.
5. Mushrooms.
6. Wrap in foil and put in the grill or in the oven for 50 minutes at 200 degrees.
7. Carefully uncover the foil.
8. Each piece sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven for another 20 minutes.
