How to make Delicious ladies fingers Cake in Short Time

This recipe is carefully stored on the first sheet of yellowed notebooks. And we have always baked for New Year. There was nothing more festive for me than this snowy hill. From this recipe in our family we have undertaken no one remembers. It’s Quick and easy to prepare, stunning and delicate flavor.

Ingredients:
For Dough:
1.5 cup of water
150 grams of butter
1.5 cup of flour
6 eggs

Cream:
2 cup sour cream with 25% fat
1 cup of sugar

Preparation:
1. Test: put on the fire a pot with water, add the oil. When the water boils, add the flour, remove from heat and stir well ground. The dough is a bit cool and beat the eggs one at a time, stirring well. Knead dough to a glossy shine and uniformity. Choux pastry shift into a pastry bag and squeeze out on a baking sheet lined with paper, elongated "fingers" length of 4-5 cm. Bake in an oven preheated to 170c until golden brown.
2. Cream: Whip the cold cream with sugar until lush cream.

3. Assembly: ready-cooled "fingers" to dip into the cream and put it in a dish in the form of slides. Put in refrigerator for 12 hours. Your cake is ready to serve, for decoration sprinkled with grated chocolate.
